With more than two decades of teaching experience, Dr. Ojha has been an assistant professor at Thakur College of Engineering, and senior lecturer in Vidyalankar Institute of Technology and Atharva College of Engineering. She has trained students in the subjects of communication skills, business, communication ethics, and presentation and communication techniques. She has also been a guest faculty and trainer in reputed institutes like S.P. Jain Institute of Management Studies, Wellingkar Institute of Management, School of Business Management, NMIMS, and Thakur Institute of Management Studies. She has published several papers on research topics like ‘The Art of Communication’, ’Program for Effective Teaching’, ‘Challenges in Improving the Employability’, and ‘Effective Communication and Productivity in Technical Colleges’, and has also led various workshops on soft skills and business communication. Dr. Ojha has also been awarded the Mumbai University Minor Research Grant (2015-16). She has founded, and currently trains at, Metamorphosys – a soft skills training institute.
